Cancellation policy:

  • If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a session it must be done with at least 24 hours notice via text or phone call to their trainer. No cancellation fee will be incurred;
  • Clients Cancelling their session with between 12 and 24 hours notice will incur a full session fee. The client will be given the opportunity to reschedule the session within 7 days with an available trainer to avoid the cancellation fee;
  • Session cancellations under 12 hours will incur a full session fee;
  • Clients who fail to appear for their session will incur a full session fee.
