Experience a conditioning workout that includes muscle strength, endurance, balance, coordination, cardiovascular conditioning and mobility all whilst using the gymstick (provided or bring your own). A great class for muscle conditioning.

Personal training sessions are offered from age groups 12 years and up and can be done on a 1 on 1 basis or in a group. Talk to one of our team members today about your needs and what option would suit you best.
