Jess has been a member of health culture since 2015. She originally joined after a workplace injury to improve her strength and cardiovascular fitness. Mainly participating in our Body pump classes as well as boot camp style training with her previous HC trainers. Jess does a group personal training session once a week with Jasmine as well as participating in our fantastic WOD, pilates & yoga classes. Jess loves the community-based atmosphere here at health culture; the support she receives from our awesome members & staff as well as the education & knowledge she is gaining each and every week. We have had the pleasure of watching Jess go from strength to strength and is achieving some impressive results in her aesthetic & physical goals.

Jess says “I have been training with Jasmine for the past 3-4 years and developed a love for strength training in this time and was able to continue my training safely during my pregnancy under the guidance of Jasmine in PT and Shelley in pilates. I felt safe with the adaptions provided for me during pregnancy and had complete confidence in my trainers. We trained up until 36 weeks and I was able to return to the gym 10 weeks Post Partum to ease my way safely back into training. I love training with my friends (trainers included). I find strength training makes me feel strong & empowered, it’s easier to stay motivated because I see fast progress in my lifts & it’s fun.

Jess’ future goals include – gaining more knowledge, getting even stronger & building consistency and momentum within her own workouts outside of PT and classes.
