Family Gym Membership
fortnightly direct debit- Family membership – Gym only: includes 2 parents /guardians and any family children between 14 & 17 years of age.

- Initial & ongoing fitness assessment and guidance
- An individual tailored program to help you meet your specific health and fitness goals
- A personal training session to guide you through your tailored gym program
- Umlimited access to our fully equipped gym, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Assessments
When you sign up for a gym membership or all-inclusive membership we recommend booking in for you FREE health assessment. This helps us get to know you, your goals, any health concerns and gives us a great understanding of what program will help you on your way to reaching your goals.
Group Classes
We offer a great variety of classes Monday to Saturday and cater for all fitness levels.
Casual class visits are $15 per class.
Classes & programs
HIIT
A HIIT workout session involves you doing intervals of exercise that range from between 10 seconds and 60 seconds in duration, with you working at around 80-90% of your maximum heart rate for that period of time.
Boxing
A combination of boxing, pad-holding, cardio and body-weight exercises. This class is perfect for anyone, experienced or not and is even more enjoyable with a partner!
Mat Pilates
Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. Great for all fitness levels and instructed by Shelleigh.
Pure Strength & Tone
Start your week off right with a session which focuses on form and progressive overload to reach your strength goals!
Gymstick
Experience a conditioning workout that includes muscle strength, endurance, balance, coordination, cardiovascular conditioning and mobility all whilst using the gymstick (provided or bring your own). A great class for muscle conditioning.
Yoga
Gain a little more zen in your life with one of our yoga classes. Instructed by passionate yogi’s, our classes focus on strength, balance, mobility and mindfulness. Ommmmmm ♥
